Stock Split History
- June 14, 2013; ATCO Ltd. effected a two-for-one stock split.
- August 29, 2005; ATCO Ltd. effected a two-for-one stock split.
- February 5, 1981; ATCO Ltd. converted each Class A and Class B share to two Class I Non-voting and one Class II voting share.
- August 15, 1975; both ATCO Class A and B shares effected a two-for-one stock split.
- November 19, 1973; ATCO Limited Shares converted to Class A shares on a one-for-one basis and ATCO Class B shares were created.�
